Join us at Uptown on Saturday, April 29th at Noon for a workshop of Goal Setting as it applies to your training, lifestyle choices and all things CrossFit. This workshop is free and is open to all members of CrossFit Oakland, CrossFit Oakland Uptown, and Endgame Athletics.
Coach Tamara will be giving you tips, tricks and suggestions, and an opportunity to fill out a goal sheet with a practical plan to achieve them.
