Spring Session runs for 10 weeks, starting February 23rd and meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm at our Uptown location.  Check it out!  Very fun and functional program.  Enroll here!

  • Open to all interested teens – girls and boys.
  • No experience needed.
  • All fitness levels welcome.
  • We will teach you everything you need to know in a safe environment with experienced, knowledgeable and licensed CrossFit coaches.
  • This program will focus on age-appropriate strength and speed training as well as body weight gymnastics strength and skill work, flexibility and balance, agility and conditioning.  

Our goals for your teen:

  • Offer an alternative to sedentary activities
  • Injury prevention for all athletic and active pursuits
  • Model and instruct in healthy life choices
  • Provide the physical and mental strength to tackle any obstacle thrown their way, inside or out of the gym
