- Open to all interested teens – girls and boys.
- No experience needed.
- All fitness levels welcome.
- We will teach you everything you need to know in a safe environment with experienced, knowledgeable and licensed CrossFit coaches.
- This program will focus on age-appropriate strength and speed training as well as body weight gymnastics strength and skill work, flexibility and balance, agility and conditioning.
Our goals for your teen:
- Establish a life-long love of fitness
- Offer an alternative to sedentary activities
- Injury prevention for all athletic and active pursuits
- Model and instruct in healthy life choices
- Provide the physical and mental strength to tackle any obstacle thrown their way, inside or out of the gym
- Build a community of like-minded teens
- Have a ridiculous amount of fun
