Saturday Heat Schedule for Open Workout 14.5

It’s finally upon us…the final workout of the 2014 Open.  And it’s a doozy:

For Time:
21 Thrusters @ 95#/65#
21 Bar-Facing Burpees
18 Thrusters @ 95#/65#
18 Bar-Facing Burpees
15 Thrusters @95#/65#
15 Bar-Facing Burpees
12 Thrusters @ 95#/65#
12 Bar-Facing Burpees

Because this workout has the potential to take a pretty long time, we’re running large heats in 45-minute increments.  Don’t worry, if you run over the 45-minute mark, the clock will continue to run so that you’ll get your official time (I’ll explain more tomorrow).

The athlete briefing is at 10am, with the first heat getting kicked off at 10:15am sharp.

    My first year at CFO, and my first CF Open. I just wanted to say thanks to Robyn and Mike for being such great hosts and providing a safe, organized and fun environment. The last 5 Saturdays were full of energy and I was proud to be part of it.

    I also want to thank Lance for his “just in time” coaching. His suggestions always came at the right time and were just what I needed.

    Most of all, I want to recognize all the competitors. You were inspirational. I saw incredible examples of fitness, courage and teamwork.

    A big shout out to the CFO Uptown team. It was great to compete with you and thanks for every single word of encouragement.
