Group CrossFit Classes
After your Free Intro Session, new members begin with our CrossFit On-Ramp Package and can then move on to one of our memberships to join group classes. Each Group CrossFit Class Membership includes private training quarterly, allowing you to elevate your performance. With this combination, you can fully commit to your fitness journey at your own pace and comfort.

Our CrossFit On-Ramp Package includes 6 Semi-Private Training sessions with a qualified coach where we will teach you the fundamental movements you will need to stay safe and succeed in group classes.
Class Schedule is Tuesdays/Thursdays 7am & 6pm.
