Our Programs

Group CrossFit Classes

All group classes are small group, trainer-led and utilize the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity. The Workout of the Day or WOD is custom-programmed and typically includes a group warm-up, skill/strength work and an intense conditioning piece.

 

Teen Classes

Teens and Middle-Schoolers: We meet every Tuesday/Thursday at 4pm after school at 1313 67th Street, Emeryville CA 94608

The program is open to all interested teens – girls and boys. No experience needed, but at least one 1:1 assessment session is required before joining us in-person. We will teach you everything you need to know in a safe environment with experienced, knowledgeable and licensed Coaches.

 

Personal Training

While our group-coaching program is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, when it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats private coaching. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program equates to faster results. Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

What you eat and drink, how you sleep and manage stress and other lifestyle choices affect your performance in the gym and beyond.  No matter what your goals are – lose fat, gain muscle, look good naked (or all of the above!) —addressing your nutrition and lifestyle can help you achieve those goals. Consultations will be tailored to your individual goals and lifestyle and give you the coaching and support you need.
